What actually matters when choosing
Tour pickups: most UTV, jeep, and boat tours offer pickup from Palm Beach and Eagle Beach hotels by default — staying elsewhere sometimes means an extra fee or meeting at a central point instead.
Walking to the beach: Palm Beach and Eagle Beach hotels are genuinely beachfront or a short walk. Oranjestad stays usually require a taxi or bus to reach a swimming beach.
What nobody tells you upfront
Palm Beach’s convenience comes at a real price premium over Eagle Beach for a very similar beach experience. If pickup convenience doesn’t matter much to you, Eagle Beach is consistently the better value for a similar view.
